These adorable glowing ghost garlands are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. I hung them on a pine tree outside. They require three aa batteries to operate, but the batteries are not included. These are high-quality lights that will work well outdoors. The battery pack is waterproof, so they stay lit even at night, even in the rain. I've never had any issues with them.
