Cool fan i like it goes all the way to level 199 as described. keep in mind this is just a fan it has a little cool air to it prob because im inside the house checking it out.

The display is surprisingly fluid when adjusting the speed, and it's overall pretty decent for the price. my main gripe is that it gets quite noisy as it goes up in speed, but that's not much of an issue when you use it outdoors
